    • Registering team passes
    • AV and furniture orders
    • Purchasing a lead scanning licence

  • Friday 3rd June | Deadline for: 
    • (If using a 3rd party contractor) Submitting contractor RAMS/insurance liabilities to George in advance of being onsite
    • You will also receive access to the event app by this date

  • Monday 6th June | Deadline for: 
    • Deliveries to the venue on or before this date
    • If required, please drop off your seat-drop materials to the Corinium onsite team

  • Thursday 9th June | Deadline for: 
    • The collection of materials from the venue

Stand Package:

The standard space-only stand package includes the following:

  • 3m x 2m exhibit space
  • 1x rectangular table
  • 2x chairs
  • 1x power socket access - please bring an extension cable

If you are planning on bringing contractors onsite, they must adhere to the minimum standards of the venue found here. This includes employer's liability and comprehensive general liability insurance and statements.

Exhibitors can access their booth to set-up from 4-8pm in the Old Harbour Level Lobby on the Monday, and from 7am on the Tuesday.
